Brock Solutions continues to be a proud partner with the University of Waterloo, along with Inductive Automation and Opto 22, to help improve the educational experiences of emerging engineers through the Brock Solutions Industrial Automation Hub within the IDEAs Clinic. Brock recently led a unique automation project with students providing hands-on experience on professional industrial-grade equipment and technologies, complemented with deep professional expertise from these top-notch companies.

Brock’s very own Davin McDougall, Business Unit Leader, highlighted the importance of giving students practical education through this project: “Students get exposure to the technology, the terminology, and the real-world constraints that we see in automation systems.”
