This year marks a remarkable milestone as we commemorate 10 years of partnership between JetBlue Airways and Brock Solutions!
Over the past decade, our partnership has exemplified innovation, efficiency, and seamless travel experiences for passengers. What started as an initiative for baggage scanning back in May 2013 has evolved into an enterprise-wide baggage management suite of solutions! Today, 100% of JetBlue’s bags are tracked by SmartBag across 100+ domestic stations while SmartDrop facilitates seamless bag drop processing in over 40 stations.

As a result, JetBlue has an end-to-end view of their entire baggage operation from bag drop to bag loading, transfer, and back to the customer. They have improved management and oversight of ramp operations and are able to be more proactive with their customers about bag status. Additionally, JetBlue plays an active role as a participant in SmartSuite’s product roadmap.
